CY-3000 Type MPI Equipment is the typical product of CY series; this kind of portable MPI flaw detector is able to AC, half-way DC magnetization and automatic demagnetization; to use method of continuation and residual field method for MPI; to be fixed in workshop or lab; or to be carried to site. Shaped parts of various parts can be properly magnetized, and parts of large size can be partially magnetized by equipping the equipment with different accessories. AC magnetization is equipped with cut down phase control function with stable remanence to ensure flaw inspection performance; automatic demagnetization can decay from magnetization current to zero to demagnetize remanence with convenient operation and good demagnetization performance. Size of adjustable silicon ducting angle can be used by the equipment to adjust magnetization and demagnetization current, and to avoid the disadvantage of using voltage regulator and increases service life of the equipment.
